MEET OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dr. Cleopatra Lacewell
Our team of dedicated volunteers is led by Garner resident Dr. Cleopatra Lacewell. Dr. Lacewell has been serving the local community and trying to help foster growth and learning amongst youth for years.
Dr. Cleopatra Lacewell is the founder and CEO of Community Navigators Community Builders. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fayetteville State University, a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, and a Doctorate degree in Education from Walden University. Dr. Lacewell is a certified Christian Life Coach in which she coaches young people on goal setting and being community leaders.

An experienced consultant and trainer, Dr. Lacewell has delivered leadership development programs, designed curriculums, and provided training in various environments. Using her graduate training in counseling and group facilitation, she is known for motivating, empowering, and educating youth. Whether training teachers on classroom management, developing community youth leaders or collaborating with community businesses, Dr. Lacewell has inspired and empower others to stand up and lead.

Dr. Lacewell believes that community support can have a positive impact on youth's development.
